Grilled Squid
Ingredients

500grms Squid (Clean and cut)

Crushed Black Pepper

Rock Salt

Fresh Rosemary

3 Tbsp Olive Oil

3 Garlic Cloves, crushed
Instructions
Step 1:
Season the squid with all the ingredients.
Step 2:
Leave to rest for 30 minutes.
Step 3:
Grill a pan or BBQ on high heat.
Step 4:
Cook each side for 3 minutes.
Step 5:
Serve with mashed potatoes and a fresh salad.
