Farfalle with Salmon
Ingredients

500 grams Pasta Farfalle

200 grams Fresh Salmon, sliced

200 grams Smoked Salmon, sliced

1 Shallot, chopped

3 Garlic Cloves, chopped

8 Cherry Tomatoes, Cut in Half

50ml Olive Oil

2 Tbsp Butter

250ml Fresh Cream

100ml Vegetable Stock

150 grams Parmesan Cheese

Chopped Dill

Salt and Pepper to season

1 Lemon, zested

Half Lemon, juiced

3 Tbsp Cream Cheese
Instructions
Step 1:
In a pan with boiling water, prepare the pasta according to packet instructions.
Step 2:
Heat a large pan. Heat the olive oil and butter, add the chopped shallot and garlic.
Step 3:
Add the fresh salmon pieces. Cook until it changes colour to a nice cooked pink, add the lemon zest and juice, together with the vegetable stock, cream cheese and give it a stir.
Step 4:
Add in the smoked salmon and stir.
Step 5:
Finally add the fresh cream and dill. Add the cherry tomatoes.
Step 6:
Season with salt and pepper and serve.
